Talent pipeline management in which we shall be linking students to professional companies after they have been trained in various disciplines, which are not taught in school or universities at all.
We shall become a hub of talent for various industries such as banking, agriculture, marketing, public relations, sales management, among others and we shall be dealing with the root problem of unemployment first hand.
This will be done in conjunction with our anchor universities which we shall identify across the region of East Africa and in every country we shall get at least three learning institutions to partner with.

NEETT Program
NEETT stands for NOT EMPLOYED, EDUCATED, TRAINED BUT TALENTED. This program is meant to incorporate the youth who have no opportunities and access to formal education but possess a lot of talent like football, music, movies, painting, art, speaking and communication, and can be joined on the grid and be useful for job and employment creation. This will help eliminate and reduce the crime rates and the formation of gangs in the city and around the urban centers. This we do with different development partners.
The biggest aim is to create jobs and employment among the youth across the region.
we have the African Executive speakers Bureau in which we shall run a talent executive program for the right speakers across different industries and sectors to boost confidence and also create employment for the young people in different fields of study and work, this program will bring out different talents among the people and also boost their careers or start their careers in different urban centers.
It will also be for sharing knowledge and insights on best we can transform Africa and the entire population, under this program we shall reading and writing competitions for different industries
